The Cottages

Billie Bear’s housekeeping cottages come in all sizes: one-room studios for one or two people, 1-bedroom cottages perfect for families of four, 2-bedroom cottages that accommodate five to six people, and 3-bedroom cottages with a capacity of eight. Some cottages (not all, and none of the studios) allow over-capacity of one or two more people at a rate of $15 per person per day or $50 per person per week. Our 5-bedroom Lodge, which accommodates 12 people, is perfect for small groups or two families who would like to stay together. All cottages have bathrooms and full or efficiency kitchens equipped with cookware, kitchen utensils, dishes, glasses, and cutlery. Your beds are fully made and bathroom towels supplied, ready for your arrival. Please bring beach towels, flashlights, consumables such as food wrap and tissues (we supply toilet paper and dish soap), your groceries – and your expectations for a comfortable, satisfying cottage vacation!

With five exquisite bedrooms accommodating 12+ people, this majestic retreat offers a haven of serenity for families, friends, groups and colleagues alike. 


In 2024, The Lodge underwent a series of modern updates and renovations, ensuring it remains a pinnacle of contemporary comfort while retaining its timeless charm. Surrender to the allure of The Lodge, where every moment is steeped in comfort and every memory is crafted with love and care.

Policies

Reservations and Check-in


A Non-Refundable Deposit of $250/week/cottage and $500/week/Lodge is required.


Cancellation policy: Reservations that are cancelled after May 1 require full payment if we cannot re-rent your space. Full payment is due upon check-out; we accept Visa, MasterCard, cash, debit, and e-transfer.


Billie Bear has a “No-Pets” policy. Service animals are welcome – but please let us know in advance and appropriate paperwork is required.


Check-in is at 4:00pm; check-out is at 10:00am. We enforce these times to ensure that cottages can be cleaned and ready for incoming guests. Late check-outs will incur a late fee of $175.


Please note that Billie Bear reserves the right to hold guests financially responsible for any significant damage they may cause to cottages or resort property. Significant damage or refusal to cooperate with rules for the safety and comfort of others may result in a cancellation of future rentals for those responsible.
